I always make a point to stop and do my end of the year backpack and apparel cleaning when the season ends. I hunt multiple species of animals. Every year off-season comes too quickly for waterfowl here in Ohio. During that time there are plenty of chores to get done before heading out in the fall. On Friday, April 14th, I completed my very first Trout School with the local Orvis Fly Fishing store here in Northern Virginia. It was a day-long, intensive, technology-free crash course in fly fishing that required participants to be fully engaged.
