We all know that the Holidays can wreak havoc on our waistlines. If you hunt, you know the importance of staying fit. As Moms and hunters sometimes we find ourselves without enough time to get to the gym as often as we should. For this reason we've put together a couple of workout routines that you can do right at home. This one was created by Team Member Kaitlin Phelps
You can get your cardio in without hitting the sidewalk or a treadmill.
Here’s how. It’s called a 10 to 1. Do 10 reps of each exercise, 45 sec rest, then start over at the top and do 9 reps. Continue until you finish the round of 1 rep of each exercise.
1. Mountain Climbers
2. squat jumps
3. upper body pushups
4. speed skaters
5. jump lunges
6. plank jacks
7. donkey kicks
This is one of my favorite hiit workouts! It will burn every part of your body including your lungs! (Credit for original workout by ‘Peanut Butter Fingers’)
