If you hunt, you know the importance of staying fit. As Moms and hunters sometimes we find ourselves without enough time to get to the gym as often as we should which is why we have put together a couple of simple workout routines that you can do right at home.  This one was created by Team Member Erin Crooks. 

"When you are short on time and need a quick but effective routine at home that involves strength training. All you need is a kettlebell or dumbbell.  Honestly you can get a great workout in with nothing at all, but for those who want to work on their strength more and get their butts kicked in 30 minutes. Try this workout!

Warm up:

Repeat 3 x

20 Air Squats

5 Inchworms with a pushup

10 Super mans

10 Good Mornings

Workout:

Repeat Circuit 3 Times:

Single Arm Kettlebell Swings x 10 each side

Single Leg Deadlift x 10 each side

Goblet Squats x 15

15 Min AMRAP:  *As Many Rounds As Possible* :

Plank with Kettlebell reach through x 8 each side (do not move your hips when reaching for kettlebell)

Turkish Getups with Kettlebell x 2 each side

Kettlebell snatch x 10 each side

If you have time add an extra ab circuit to the end!

Abs:

Repeat 5 x

Weighted Sit ups *holding Kettlebell x 10

Russian Twists with Kettlebell x 10 each side

Leg Levers x 20

**This workout is best done with a medium weight Kettlebell for your strength.  If you have more than one kettlebell break it up and use the heavier one for your deadlifts, goblet squats and plank reach through. "
