RCG RECIPE - MOUNTAIN LION NUGGETS
A lot of people ask me what my favorite wild game meat is. If I had to pick, I would definitely say mountain lion.
Not many people have tried mountain lion meat. If I had to describe it, it would be a cross between chicken and pork.
My favorite lion recipe is lion nuggets! When you're done cooking it'll taste just like Chick-fil-a nuggets! See the recipe below:
Step One: Rinse meat with cold water.
Step Two: Cut lion loin/meat into 2x2 inch chunks.
Step Three: Toss meat chunks in Kentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour. Make sure the meat is completely coated.
Step Four: Heat peanut oil (or oil of choice) in a frying pan on high-medium heat. Add enough oil to the pan, so that the entire bottom is covered.
Step Five: Drop the nuggets into the frying pan. Cook each side of the nuggets until golden brown. Approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
Step Six: Remove from pan and let rest 5 minutes.
Step Seven: Serve the nuggets with mashed potatoes and a vegetable. Enjoy!
