DSG Outerwear: Made by Women, for Women.

I had been spending hours researching which brand I should invest in. If you’re anything like me, hunting & outdoor life isn’t just a hobby. It’s a passion and a way of life... when you spend as much time in the woods as I do, you want to make sure you’re investing in products that are built for all the elements and made to last. 

I was so sick of wearing all of my boyfriend’s old camo gear. Not only were they used & abused (as they should be), but they just didn’t give me what I was looking for.

I was looking for an outerwear line that I could be comfortable in and look good in, while still having high quality utilization & scent control. 

I decided to invest in DSG outerwear.

I purchased the Ava set which included a jacket & pants. The Ava set from DSG has some amazing features. Not only is is designed to specifically fit a women’s body and shape, but it also offers some pretty awesome utilization and functionality details.

This set is specifically made for mid season hunting, but here in CNY, mid season for me is pretty much all the time (temperature wise). It’s made from a high quality soft shell fabric which features Agion Active® XL dual-action scent control which works hard to combat odor. The material is also both wind and water proof. 

The Realtree Edge® camouflage allows you to blend into your environment at close range and from a distance and features warm gray and brown colors, so it works well all year round.

The jacket also offers a removable zip off hood and beautiful aqua colored detailing to give it a feminine feel. The matching pants are the same material and offer an adjustable inseam and venting options through the legs.

Both items have lots of pockets and places to stash all your goods while in the woods. Whether it’s turkey calls, extra ammunition, or whatever else you might need storage space for. 

This set works amazing for me because it’s warm, flexible, comfortable and quiet! I will be using this set for all hunting seasons until the temperature drops during the whitetail rut and then I will be adding another line from DSG to my hunting gear!
