Time To Vote For Your Favorite Extreme Huntress Finalist! Check out finalist Lindsay Christensen

ReelCamoGirl is a brand that champions ladies in the outdoors. We couldn't think of a better way for us to do this than to help support awareness of the Extreme Huntress Competition. Six ladies are competing in the finals. They can win based on judges scores and on votes from the YOU, the fans.

About the Contest:

"With a 50% divorce rate among parents and kids becoming invested in other sports at a younger and younger age, kids may not have the role models or opportunity to start hunting when they reach the legal age to hunt (12 or 14 depending on the state). If mom goes hunting, so will her children, thus preserving our outdoor heritage for future generations.

Now in its 8th year, the competition is wildly popular among contestants and fans. The Extreme Huntress Competition continues to set the bar for serious outdoors women, while at the same time providing positive role models for women who are new to hunting, shooting and other traditional outdoor sports. In addition, by preserving our outdoor heritage for future generations, we ultimately create more conservation stewards for wildlife and their habitat."

How does the Extreme Huntress™ Competition work?

The Extreme Huntress Competition takes nearly nine months for the contestants to complete. We are now heading into Stage 5 of the competition. Now you get the opportunity to see these women in action– and you get the opportunity to vote 26 times.

Beginning in July, the first episode of Extreme Huntress will post online. Afterwards you can vote on which Extreme Huntress you think should win. These short, 6-9 minute episodes will post each week for a total of 26 weeks. Voting will end January 6, 2017.

You can watch the episodes here

The winner of the 2017 Extreme Huntress Competition will be announced in January at the Dallas Safari Club annual, black-tie awards dinner.

I have been hunting ever since I can remember. My dad had me up on the mountain with him before I could walk. I had an immediate love for hunting and the outdoors, but my passion for hunting really ignited when I was able to harvest my first deer at the age of 12. imagejpeg_0-1
The mountains are what I would consider home. I have made thousands of memories with my family and friends up on top of mountains. I hope to be able to pass those memories on to the next generation."
